I. Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and catering services provided by Johannes L\u00fchmann Catering GmbH \/ Restaurant Votum, with the exception of events.<\/p>\n

The parties agree that separate terms and conditions apply to events.<\/p>\n

By making a reservation, whether by telephone, in writing or via an online booking platform, the other party agrees to the general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
